We will discuss what you want to create for yourself, build intentions and if time permits, we will end the hour with a relaxing yoga nidra session to ground your goals, and your nervous system. Energy is not bound by space, time or distance. The treatment is very much the same as an in-person session, however you are responsible for your own comfort and to make sure you will not be disturbed. An effigy will be used by the practitioner to access your energetic bodies through projection and intention.
*Make sure that you have a good internet connection. Headphones are recommended.
*It is common to fall asleep during treatments and some people can feel a little out of sorts. Please make sure you dress comfortably, and try to avoid any intense plans directly after your appointment.
