This free challenge is designed to help you gain self-awareness so that you can move forward with a renewed understanding about how you are showing up for yourself energetically.
Just like physical hygiene, your energy needs regular cleansing. Energy is everywhere- science shows that everything including our bodies and thoughts, emits a vibrational frequency. We also pick up frequencies from the world around us, and our experiences, therefore energy cleansing needs to be an ongoing practice.
During this challenge, each day is focused on a theme of one of the 7 main chakras, but you don't have to understand or believe in this energetic system to receive benefits from these tools. (If you are interested in knowing more, you can explore here- Chakras). The goal is to take a few minutes a day to focus on yourself.
Two days before the challenge is set to begin, you will receive your workbook. This will highlight the daily theme, and provide you with tools for each day. You will also receive a daily email reminder during the challenge, to provide a little extra support if needed.
We start on the Spring Equinox- March 20th, but feel free to start whenever it works for you, and come back to the tools whenever you need a little energetic reset! I hope you enjoy this fun, rewarding challenge!
